David A. Penn & Co. Incorporated is a company established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands, to provide all forms of legal services to clients, who may have a myriad of legal services needs. These Law Offices are headed by its founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Attorney David A. Penn. Called to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands in November, 2008, after having obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of the West Indies, in Barbados in 2006; and a Legal Education Certificate (LEC) from the Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau, in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in 2008. Mr. Penn also obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) in Business Administration (with a Concentration in Finance) and an Associates in Arts Degree (AA) (in Management) from the University of the Virgin Islands in 1994.

Mr. Penn's areas of interest where he wishes to see meaningful advancement in the development of the law in the British Virgin Islands are in the areas of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and in Civil and Criminal Litigation.

Prior to being called to the Bar in 2008, Mr. Penn worked for the Government of the British Virgin Islands where he held positions of Administrative Officer in the Budget Unit in the Ministry of Finance; Mr. Penn has the distinction of being the first person in the history of the British Virgin Islands to be appointed as a Private Secretary to the Chief Minister of the British Virgin Islands; Mr. Penn was also an Assistant Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Office; and a Crown Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers.
