Incorporated, we expect and require our Barristers, Solicitors and support staff to promptly assist Clients with all their concerns and to manage each Client’s file and matter in a diligent and highly professional manner.  Barristers and Solicitors at David A. Penn & Co. Incorporated are expected and required to communicate with their Clients regularly and where necessary, for the effective management of the Client’s matters.  This is also for the express purpose of keeping Clients fully informed as to the status of their matter.
